AI tools for admins
Image generation, growth insights, and customizing the assistant.
The admin workspace has three AI surfaces of its own. They're separate from the customer-facing chat, and they're described here for completeness; the full AI section is at AI features.
AI images & descriptions
NShop generates and edits imagery and drafts copy across the catalog, all preview-and-approve:
- /admin/ai-images — the tenant-wide gallery for marketing imagery (hero, offers, about).
- Product edit page — generate a product photo (with a clean white-background mode), edit the current photo (clean background, remove distractions, enhance quality), and suggest the description.
- Category edit page — generate a category tile image and suggest the description.
Descriptions are drafted in the field's language (English or Dutch), grounded in your shop's context. See the full AI images & descriptions guide.
Nothing reaches the storefront without your click.
Growth insights
The /admin/insights page (see Analytics) generates personalized growth suggestions from 30 days of your data.
Assistant persona
You configure how the storefront chat assistant talks. From settings:
- Industry — "artisan bakery", "fashion boutique", "hardware store" — informs vocabulary and recommendations.
- Tone — formal, casual, playful, technical.
- Custom prompt — extra instructions appended to the system prompt ("always suggest pairing wine", "mention free shipping over €50").
Changes take effect for the next message — no restart needed. The same persona applies to both the storefront chat and the ADK shopping agent.
