Shipping

Flat rates per zone and a free-shipping threshold.

Shipping is per-tenant. From /admin/settings you set:

  • Domestic rate — for orders within your home country (set on the tenant's country).
  • International rate — for orders to any other enabled destination.
  • Free-shipping threshold — subtotal above which shipping is free.

The rate labels show your store's currency symbol (€ / ₹).

Destination countries

You choose which countries customers can ship to in /admin/settings (Operations → checkout countries). The list covers the EU plus a few others, including India (IN) for stores serving that market. The storefront address picker and the Stripe Checkout address step both honour this list.

The same numbers feed the live shipping quote in the cart, the final amount charged at checkout, and the amount stored on the order. There's one calculator, called from both the live quote endpoint and the checkout endpoint, so customers never see a different number on the Stripe page than what they saw in the cart summary.

Multi-store carts

Each store calculates its own shipping. A customer who has items from two stores in one cart pays two shipping fees — one per store — because each Stripe payment lands in a different account.
