Customers
Who bought from you, what they spent, when they last ordered.
The customers list at /admin/customers shows everyone who has placed at least one order in your store. Customers of other stores don't appear.
For each customer:
- Email and (when available) phone.
- Total spend at your store (your orders only - even if the customer also shops at other NShop stores).
- Order count and date of last order.
Click through to a customer for their full order history at your store. You can email them directly, or use the chat assistant to look up their order on their behalf if they reach out.
Privacy
When a customer deletes their account, NShop replaces the personal data on their orders with placeholders. Their entry disappears from your customer list, but their orders remain in the order history for legal retention.
