Legal pages
Privacy, Terms, Returns, Imprint, and Cookies — editable per tenant.
NShop generates the five standard legal pages every EU shop needs:
- Privacy — GDPR statement, data retention, contact for data requests.
- Terms — sale terms, dispute handling, governing law.
- Returns — return window, conditions, refund timeline.
- Imprint (Impressum) — legal name, address, KvK / Chamber of Commerce, VAT number, contact.
- Cookies — what NShop sets and why.
How they're populated
You fill in your tenant's identity once (legal name, KvK, VAT, address, privacy contact) and the templates render with your values. Anywhere required fields are missing, the page shows a clear placeholder so you notice.
Editing
Each page also has a free-form editor for any extra clauses specific to your shop — a warranty policy, a custom returns flow, a list of allergens for food products. The edits live in Firestore and re-render the next time the page is viewed.
