Search

The search bar at the top of every page looks across product titles and descriptions. There are two ways it can help:

Instant search

As you type, NShop matches words in product titles and descriptions. This is fast and always available.

AI search by meaning (when available)

When the store has AI search turned on, the search bar also understands everyday questions - "something warm for hiking in October", "gift for my dad who likes coffee" - and finds products by meaning rather than exact wording. It stays up to date automatically as stores add or change products.

If both find results, exact matches are shown first.

Inside the chat assistant

You can also ask the floating chat assistant - it has the same search tools and can show product cards inline. See AI features.
