Your account

Your NShop account works on every NShop store. From the Account menu you can:

• Edit your name, email, phone.
• Change password / connected sign-in methods.
• Manage saved addresses.
• Download all your data (GDPR export).
• Delete your account.

Addresses

Save as many addresses as you like; mark one as default. Address autocomplete helps you enter them quickly:

• Netherlands: type your postcode and house number - the street and city fill in automatically.
• Other EU countries: start typing and pick from the suggestions to complete the rest of the address.

Address lookups happen securely behind the scenes, so your details stay protected.

GDPR export

Click Download my data. NShop puts together a file with every order, review, wishlist entry, address, and profile field tied to your account, ready for you to download.

Deleting your account

When you delete your account:

1. Your profile, addresses, wishlist, and reviews are removed.
2. Your past orders are kept (legal retention) but the personal details on them are removed. The order itself remains valid for accounting.
3. A privacy record is kept so the store can prove it handled your request correctly.

The action is permanent. If you want to come back, you'll start with a fresh account.
