Reviews & wishlist
Verified-purchase reviews and a heart-toggle wishlist.
Reviews
Any signed-in shopper can write a review (1–5 stars + text) on a product page. A few things to know:
- One review per product per customer. Editing your existing review replaces the previous one.
- Verified-purchase badge. If you've ordered the product, your review shows a small badge. NShop confirms this from your order history, so it can't be faked.
- The average rating and review count on the product card update shortly after each review.
You can edit or delete your own review at any time. The store admin moderates reviews and can hide individual ones if they violate policy.
Wishlist
Tap the heart icon on any product card or detail page to save it. Your wishlist lives in your account and follows you across devices.
- Tapping the heart on and off is handled smoothly, even with quick taps.
- A product can only appear in your wishlist once - no duplicates.
- Stock changes show up live: if an item in your wishlist sells out, you see it greyscale, same as in the catalog.
