Shopping on NShop
Everything a shopper can do — browse, checkout, track, review, and chat with the AI.
This section is written for shoppers. If you have an account on any NShop store, the same account works on every NShop store — you sign in once and your wishlist, addresses, and reviews come with you.
What you can do
- Browse the catalog — filters, sorting, and what the stock badges mean.
- Search — text search and AI-powered semantic search.
- Cart & checkout — variants, reservations, shipping, coupons (shop); fees & modifiers (restaurant).
- Restaurant ordering — menu, modifiers, pickup, delivery, dine-in.
- Payment options — Stripe (card, iDEAL, Bancontact) or pay-on-delivery if the store allows it.
- Orders & tracking — shop vs food timelines, tracking, invoices, cancellation, refunds.
- Reviews & wishlist — write reviews (verified-purchase badge), save favorites.
- Account & privacy — addresses, profile, data export, account deletion.
- Language — switching between English and Dutch.
